Conference is like our Championship. It is where all the teams in our division come together and compete to find the best of the best.Conference this year is February 9, 2019. This lineup takes a lot of time, consideration, specific calculations to create. Once I submit it no changes can be made, like at a normal meet. Please look over it and let me know if there is no way your swimmer can be there as soon as possible.  

This was the last meet of the season and we couldn't be any more proud of everyone. Lemont's pool is what we call "heavy" since it is well water. we expected swimmers to add time. To our astonishment nearly every swimmer maintained or dropped time. But alas, we only pick 4 at each meet to publicly recognize. This weeks swimmer's of the meet are:
Queztalli Pichardo- Caught up in the relay.
Max Jacobs- Max showed real perseverence tonight, just as he does every night. He really pushed himself amd maintained his time.
Nate Cisneros- Dropped time on his Fly.
Sammy Stranc- Dropped time in freestyle.
There are 2 weeks until conference, let's make them the best!

We are more proud than ever of how our team has evolved. Everyone swam great last night. Here are 4 swimmers who shined a little brighter.

Leo Jacobs- Leo follows every bit of coaching and has made so much improvement in tightening up his freestyle and backstroke. He also knew his events and was better prepared than some well seasoned swimmers.
​Deenah Fitzpatrick- Deenah has been working to push herself harder. She successfully dropped 5 seconds off her butterfly. Amazing!
Junior Ponce- Junior also has grown a lot. So much in fact that the official took notice and was able to articulate exactly how his butterfly improved.
​Rose Childress- We are always looking for sportsmanship. Rose was found cheering on her team when no one else was. This is an admirable quality.

Thursday, January 17, practice was added for Levels 3 & 4 only.
