Swimmers of the Meet - Tuesday, October 13, 2015 - Chuy, Gali, Virginia, Alyssa, and Damian

The swimmers of the meet for our 3rd Red and White scrimmage meet are: Chuy, Gali, Virginia, Alyssa, and Damian.

Chuy, 13, earned the title because he dropped an astounding 8.56 seconds off of his previous best 100 Butterfly time! That's an awesome accomplishment for the first meet of the season. Gali, 7, is another returner to the team. She swam the 25 breaststroke 3.89 seconds faster than her previous best! Virginia, 9, is deserving of the title because she successfully completed a backstroke flip-turn in her first meet as a 9-year-old! Virginia also did a good job trying to race her competition.

The Red and White meet was the first competitive swimming experience for both Alyssa, 8, and Damian, 7. Alyssa proved that she is already has a competitive spirit with great initial swims in the 25 and 50 free! Damian showed everyone what he is capable of when he swallowed some water in his 50 free and still powered through to finish strong!
