Conference Week Practices / Lineup

Next week, as we get ready for Conference on Saturday, July 8th, we are going to be practicing with our age groups rather than our levels.

• Please check to make sure you are swimming.
  
• This will be posted on the pool deck on Monday as well.
  
• If you see the word "alternate" next to your name, that means your time is close to being on the relay, and you should still come to practice.

Morning Practice:
8-9am: 10 and under
9-10:30am: 11 and up

Evening Practice:
6-7pm: 10 and under
7-8:15pm: 11 and up

Here's the updated practice schedule for next week:
Monday - AM only
Tuesday - no practice
Wednesday - AM and PM
Thursday - AM and PM
Friday - AM and PM (6-7:15 only)
