Some people get offended when they are constantly reminded of what they are supposed to know already. This is because nobody likes being told what to do. If you are to sell any idea, always remember this. You have to make it look like the idea came from them. Don't be using imperative tones. Make them think. Lead them to a conclusion you want. It takes time to master how to do this correctly without insulting anyone's intelligence though. You have to be sleek. Leave a Reply. |
