 By this meet against BSA, over a month has passed since our previous meet against OFSA. As a team, we did very well! Almost 100% of swimmers swim lifetime bests, and there were a ton of great races! Swimmers of the meet are: Gissel, Feliz, Noah, and Gali!
Gissel, age 12, swam a 100 Freestyle for the first time ever, and she not only had an amazing time of 1:27.71, but she also won the event which was against 13 and 14 year-olds. Over his two individual events, the 100 IM and the 100 Fly, Felix dropped a total of 21 seconds! He placed 2nd in the IM and 1st in the 100 Fly (another 13-14 event swam by a 12 year old). Noah raced a great 50 Breast, winning first overall! Gali, new to the team, dropped over 7 seconds in her 50 Free! She also tried the 100 IM for the first time. Great job last week, Sea Demons!
